Award-winning celebrity TV Chef, Sarah Ali Choudhury will be celebrating the opening of the new luxury care home Trinity Manor in Bradford Road Sherborne with a sizzling cooking demonstration.

Sarah is the flavour of the moment, having won countless awards and mixing with a host of well-known faces such as Princess Anne, cookery journalist and TV presenter Prue Leith, Bake Off star Sue Perkins and Michelin star chef Michael Caines to name just a few.

Sarah will be showing us how to make an authentic Indian fish curry giving some inside secrets for guaranteed success. Plus she will be on hand to answer questions, photo opportunities and of course, offer a taste of her culinary winner.

Sarah said “I’m delighted to have been invited along to share my delicious recipes with the people of Sherborne and the beautiful new Barchester home Trinity Manor. I do hope lots of you will come along for a taster of one of my favourite dishes; I know you’ll love it.’
